A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a dentist in a resort in Gorai. The accused, Yogendra Shukla, 31, a resident of Mira Road, owns four dental clinics in the city and works in a clinic in Borivli East. The victim is Shukla’s co-worker’s sister.
According to the police, Shukla lured the victim into going with him to a resort in Gorai and allegedly sexually assaulted her. The Kasturba Marg police have arrested him for kidnap, rape, criminal intimidation and under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
