Mira Road is famous for 60% water cut from MBMC. This make 3 times week supply only. Many housing societies have regular tanker water supply. This is giving great boost to water mafia.
But recently, situation became worse. People have experienced that the supply from MBMC is not even 3 times a week. This made tanker water supplier in high demand, it’s difficult to find water tanker in last few days and they are charging ransom money. Normally Rs. 200 per 500 ltr water tank is costing now Rs. 300-400.
